Dynamic test benches up to 2,000 kN

For dynamic material fatigue from 1 N to 2 MN or material characterization j.j. bos represents MTS since its founding in 1965. These servo-hydraulic controlled test systems and TestSuite software control are leading in the market.

High-Dynamic material test benches up to 12kN

For highly dynamic material fatigue testing up to 100 Hz. does j.j. bos offers the Electro Dynamic Acumen systems from MTS.

Pneumatic tensile testers up to 7 kN

For light dynamic (material fatigue) and static testing j.j. bos b.v. can offer LiTeM – Life Testing Machines. With these systems it is possible to use a simple (6 Bar) air compressor or compressed air connection in the lab. perform static and dynamic tests up to 7 kN and 40 Hz. max.

Torsion tests are also possible. This is a particularly practical and clean solution that does not require investment in hydraulic infrastructure. All known pulse shapes (sine, triangle, block, etc.) and even road profiles or self-made pulses are possible with the advanced Controller.
