Mark-10 Corporation is a designer and manufacturer of force and torque measurement products. Since our founding in 1979, our products have proven themselves in numerous applications at companies in the automotive, medical device, textile, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, packaging, food, and many other industries.
We were privileged to celebrate our 40th year in business in 2019! We’ve come a long way since our humble beginnings in 1979, and look confidently towards a future that is bright and exciting.
Series F Tension / Compression Test Frames are engineered
for force testing applications up to 1,500 lbF (6.7 kN).
Select from a broad range of force sensor capacities and an
expansive array of grips and fixtures.
Set up tests, record data, and analyze data via IntelliMESUR®
software. From basic tests to multi-step sequencing,
IntelliMESUR® is fully integrated with Series F systems. Select
from a pre-configured tablet control panel or standalone
software for your own Windows device.
EasyMESUR® force testers are ideal for everyday force measurement applications up to 1,500 lbF (6.7 kN). A modular function platform allows you to configure the system for basic applications or more demanding requirements. Measure and analyze data confidently with available graphing and reporting capabilities.
Series F test frames with EasyMESUR® are engineered to perform a wide range of tension and compression tests, including break testing, cycling, limit testing to a load or distance, load holding, average force testing, and more.
Set up and run tests, export results, and create a report via the integrated, easy-to-use touchscreen interface – no PC or force gauge required. For unique needs, run the tester from a PC with your own custom application utilizing EasyMESUR®’s serial command library.
Sample setup and fine positioning are a breeze with available FollowMe® force-based positioning – using your hand as your guide, push and pull on the force gauge or load cell to move the crosshead at a variable rate of speed.
Engineered around a modular function platform, the EasyMESUR® run screen can be arranged with large, simple controls – or configured for more advanced applications with a selection of optional functions, including distance measurement, graphing, cycling, and more. Purchase functions and packages at time of order or enable them in the field via activation codes. All testers are shipped in a 160-hour evaluation mode, in which all functions are available.
Generous travel, clearance, and depth dimensions accommodate samples of various shapes and properties. Modular mechanical design accommodates single- and double-column extensions for oversized specimens.
Mark-10 offers the industry’s most extensive line of manual force measurement and torque measurement test stands. Test stands are useful in eliminating variability inherent in hand testing and can help to automate test processes. A wide range of capacities, loading methods, and configurations are available.
A test stand is an integral part of a testing system, typically also comprising a force gauge or torque gauge, grips, software, and accessories.
Series TT02 Torque Tool Testers present a simple and accurate solution for testing manual, electric, and pneumatic torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools. These testers are compact and rugged, suitable for production environments. A universal 3/8” square receptacle accepts common bits and attachments. The TT02 captures peak torque in both measurement directions, and also calculates 1st and 2nd peaks, useful for click-type tools.
A blazingly fast sampling rate of 7,000 Hz and accuracy of ±0.3% produce reliable and consistent test results. The TT02 includes a range of sophisticated productivity-enhancing features, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output/zeroing/data storage upon tool slip or click, memory storage for 1,000 readings, pass/fail indicators and outputs, and more. Password protection is provided to prevent unauthorized changes to settings and calibration.
Series TT02 testers include MESUR® Lite data acquisition software. MESUR® Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. Data stored in the TT02’s memory can also be downloaded in bulk. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.
Mark-10 wire crimp pull testers measure the pull-off force of crimped terminals, up to 200 lbF (1 kN) for wire diamaters up to 0.25″ (6.4 mm). Select from the economical and quick-action WT3-201 benchtop tester, motorized WT3-201M, or portable hand-operated Series R06. All testers capture peak forces and allow the user to output to a PC via USB.
For higher forces and larger sample sizes, consider a test stand-based system, consisting of choice of test stand, force gauge, and grips
These force gauges are ideal for strength assessment, ergonomic studies, and workplace design. Available in capacities of 100 lbF (500 N), 200 lbF (1,000 N), and 500 lbF (2,500 N).
Series EK3 basic kits offer everyday functionality with a selection of commonly used attachments.
The Series E family offers increased force gauge performance, with unique Click-Lock® accessory mounting technology. Select a pre-configured kit, or pick and choose a gauge and accessories suited to your unique applications.
Series EKM5 myometer kits are designed for muscle strength assessments, and include a complete kit of accessories.
Series TT01 Cap Torque Testers are designed to measure application and removal torque of bottle caps up to 100 lbFin [11.5 Nm]. Adjustable posts effectively grip a broad range of container shapes and sizes, while optional flat and adjustable jaws are available for unique profiles. A rugged aluminum design, and simple, intuitive operation allow for use in laboratory and production environments.
Class-leading accuracy of ±0.3% and blazingly fast sampling rate of 7,000 Hz ensure reliable and consistent test results, even in quick-action applications. Password protection is provided to prevent unauthorized changes to settings and calibration.
The TT01 includes a range of sophisticated productivity-enhancing features, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output and zeroing upon cap removal, memory storage for 1,000 readings, pass/fail indicators and outputs, and more. First / second peak torque detection is useful for measuring slip and breakaway torques for tamper evident closures.
Series TT01 testers include MESUR® Lite data acquisition software. MESUR® Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. Data stored in the TT01’s memory can also be downloaded in bulk. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.
The Plug & Test® family includes a series of interchangeable indicators and remote force and torque sensors. Indicators are sensors are sold separately. Mark-10 indicators feature graphic displays, blazing fast sampling rates, and a host of other features. For special applications, customer-supplied sensors can be easily field-adapted to our indicators via the uniquely flexible PTA configurable adapter.
