This year j.j bos b.v. is proud to announce a new cooperation with VSPARTICLE. VSPARTICLE is a spin-up from Delft University located in the Netherlands. They manufacture desktop aerosol generators which produce inorganic nanoparticles in the region of 0-20nm. Those generators are based on the spark ablation technology. Those generators enable a high degree of control over purity, particle size, and particle composition. It is a cost effective and flexible way of producing nanoparticles for research applications. Please discover the VSP Generator One (VSP-G1).

QUANTAX Compact is a new innovative and easy-to-use EDS system for daily use. QUANTAX Compact consists of a XFlash® 600 Mini silicon drift detector (SDD), a small electronics unit and the intuitive software ESPRIT Compact.
j.j. bos b.v. has brought in a new product line for the Benelux countries at the EMC2016 in Lyon. This is the Hirox Table Top SEM, a rigid mini SEM with a performance that almost reaches the performance of a full SEM. The mini SEM is very simple to operate and is installed within a half an hour.
j.j. bos b.v. is happy to announce we have become Benelux distributor for Ernst material hardness testers. Ernst Testing Instruments originates from Switzerland and fits very well in our program of top quality material testing systems.
The beautifully designed Q150 series coaters are very user friendly. With the touch screen colour LCD display, you can operate the instrument, program recipes that can be stored in the memory of the instrument and always recalled to be executed automatically.
The VAB series Pneumatic Bump Tester is used to simulate the repeatable shock environment subjected in the transportation and use process of the electronic components, equipment and other electric and electronic products, to complete the conventional crash test indicators.
ETS MHI series Incline Impact Testers are used to simulate the handling of crates, palletized loads, and rail car carriers. Several sizes are available for testing palletized loads and single products up to 500kg. A complete line of impact recording instrumentation will provide you with the qualitative results and documentation required to verify the performance of your product or packaged system.
