Since a few months you may encounter 2 Google Street View cars in the Amsterdam area to map the air quality at street level. Utrecht University (IRAS) is responsible for the technical and scientific support of the project and j.j. bos has supplied a number of (TSI) systems in the cars to measure the air quality.
At the Plastic Fair on Sept. 25-26 in Veldhoven (NL), j.j. bos will present a pneumatic material fatigue test system from LiTeM and Charpy Impact tester for Plastics from MTS. The LiTeM testframe is basically universal and can be used for many test applications, but for this event an application from the polymer world will be shown.
This year j.j bos b.v. is proud to announce a new cooperation with VSPARTICLE. VSPARTICLE is a spin-up from Delft University located in the Netherlands. They manufacture desktop aerosol generators which produce inorganic nanoparticles in the region of 0-20nm. Those generators are based on the spark ablation technology. Those generators enable a high degree of control over purity, particle size, and particle composition. It is a cost effective and flexible way of producing nanoparticles for research applications. Please discover the VSP Generator One (VSP-G1).

QUANTAX Compact is a new innovative and easy-to-use EDS system for daily use. QUANTAX Compact consists of a XFlash® 600 Mini silicon drift detector (SDD), a small electronics unit and the intuitive software ESPRIT Compact.
j.j. bos b.v. has brought in a new product line for the Benelux countries at the EMC2016 in Lyon. This is the Hirox Table Top SEM, a rigid mini SEM with a performance that almost reaches the performance of a full SEM. The mini SEM is very simple to operate and is installed within a half an hour.
j.j. bos b.v. is happy to announce we have become Benelux distributor for Ernst material hardness testers. Ernst Testing Instruments originates from Switzerland and fits very well in our program of top quality material testing systems.
